Hi, I’m Eunice Simon, APRN-CNP.
My approach to medicine is deeply shaped by my core beliefs. First and foremost, I am a Christian, and I believe God desires people to be healed and whole—not merely surviving, but truly thriving. This conviction fuels my passion for providing integrative, holistic care.
I believe we are tri-part beings—body, soul, and spirit—and I strive to deliver care that supports all three. By focusing on root causes rather than symptoms, my goal is to promote true healing, wellness, and the prevention of disease, while nurturing physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
My nursing career includes four years of experience across multiple specialties, including Cardiology, Women’s Health, Pediatrics, ICU, Step-Down, and Medical-Surgical care. I have practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2012, with experience in Community Health and Emergency Medicine.
To further support my integrative approach, in addition to my training as a Family Nurse Practitioner, I pursued certification as a Nutritionist and as a Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider.
